No, we're not a laundromat. We operate our own private laundry facilities exclusively for our pickup and delivery customers. Think of us as your laundry concierge — we handle everything from pickup to delivery, with professional care at every step
What areas do you serve?
We serve the entire Phoenix Metro 20+ cities. Use the “View Service Areas” tool to check your zip.
Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
Nope! Just leave your laundry in a secure spot — porch, lobby, behind the gate, whatever works. Our driver will grab it and text you when they’re en route.
How do I schedule a pickup?

What's the minimum order?
With our standard servcie we have a 30LBS monimum order.
Our Wash-N-Go service has a 40LBS minimum order.
You are not oblagated to send in the minimum, however you will be invoiced for the minimum.
What are your pickup days?
We run pickups 7 days a week on your schedule. Same-day available in some areas for a $40 rush fee.
How do I estimate my orders weight.
For residential customers using a 13-gallon kitchen trash bag for their laundry, the maximum chargeable weight is 15 pounds. If your bag weighs more than 15 pounds, you'll only be charged for 15 pounds. If it weighs less, you'll be charged based on the actual weight. You can send in as many bags as you like, and feel free to use scented trash bags—they won't ruin your clothing.
